Palazzo Bernasconi

The Via Palestro 24 building, known as “Palazzo Bernasconi”, was bought by MEROPE Asset Management in September 2018 through a Club Deal that involves 18 prime Italian and International family offices.

The asset is considered an absolute Landmark in Milan and is located at the corner of Corso Venezia and Via Palestro, facing the National Natural Science Museum and the Palestro park.

MEROPE’s target is to reposition the building through a deep redevelopment. MEROPE's aim is to create the perfect spot for attracting global fashion firms willing to have a unique “house” in the heart of Milan city centre.

The Via Palestro 24 represents a new world class investment for MEROPE, targeting value added returns profile on a short-medium term.
