The Via della Spiga 5 building was bought in July 2016 by a Club Deal that involves 21 prime Italian and International family offices.

The relatively small building represents a potential jewel on one of the main Luxury Retail High streets in Milan. Via della Spiga is part of the Quadrilatero della Moda, of the worlds famous shopping destinations.

The aim is to reposition the building with an important re-development effort and transform it in an attractive project for the national and international retail environment.
