Luxury housing in the centre of Prague

La Corte is a luxury residential development of four buildings in the district of New Town in Prague. Before MEROPE’s foundation its promoters were involved in the development led by a prime local developer. The district of La Corte is known for its mixture of historical houses and blocks of flats built in the 18th century. 

These four buildings were given a completely new reshaping and look. New high quality residential space was provided through this project in Prague 1. The flats were completely refurbished in order to provide a pleasant and, above all, modern space for living for the most demanding dwellers.

La Corte was designed and furnished by Italian architects in order to bring an “Italian touch” in Prague. The apartments and offices have been designed by Italian architects of Studio Pession. The apartments were furnished by the Italian “archi-star” Giulio Cappellini through an agreement between the SPV and the POLTRONA FRAU GROUP.
